My unscripted, unstructured Path
First and foremost, I am MOM to my son, the role that grounds everything I do. For decades, I built a life, literally. I spent 20+ years in the Home Building Industry, went off on my own and built a Painting and Decorating company for the next 20+, several other entrepreneurial things in between. I built communities, managed businesses, and learned that true creation requires grounding, structure, and sheer moxie, mostly moxie, all moxie!.
My journey also took me into retail and fashion , having a Boutique, where I recognized a profound truth~ people often gravitate towards their authentic self but deny themselves that expression or expansion. There is always way more to you than you know.
All these experiences, the structure of construction, the intuition of fashion, the grit of entrepreneurship and all the things in between, mostly the in between~ have become the bedrock of my approach to Spiritual Alchemy.
It Brought me here...
Through life's experiences I have become a bit of a self development junkie so my personal foundation is built on deep practices. Transcendental Meditation and the powerful daily rituals from Shamanic practices to my most recent Kundalini Yoga Teacher Training are my structure for mind, body, and soul care. And of course ~ Everything is Ceremony. Even cleaning and decorating my home.
It keeps me ~ Guided by Spirit, grounded in love.
I honor my teachers in gratefulness and respect, the sages, and tradition in every modality I have learned, earned or teach, recognizing the history, lineage and origin. Especially my Shamanic ways of living as a Mesa Carrier, connecting spiritually through the gifts of the earth and sky, and everything in between, honoring my own essence, that goes for my Witchy lineage too, never loose you're edge!
Remembering who you are and understanding how all things connect, even a morning cuppa coffee can be a ritual, everything weaves a big story that helps you understand who you are and why you are here.

My goal is to always be authentic with everyone, in working relationships or otherwise, maintaining an organic, authentic presence to serve in the best possible way. Sometimes, all it takes is a conversation to facilitate that next forward movement.

My belief system is simple, God gifts us the divine and all it entails, allowing us to live limitless lives. My work is to use my life experiences, learned tools, and earned wisdom to assist you in the awareness of your own soul’s journey.
You affect your eternity with experiences, intentions, and actions. This work is about healing generations, past, present, and future. Changing big paradigms and timelines. A more rewarding way to live.
